How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders placed before 4 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, while Next Day Delivery options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for vape products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and sealed items. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, pods, or coils once the seal is broken unless the product is faulty.
Are the products sold on Vape Superstore authentic?
Yes, we only source products directly from official manufacturers or authorized distributors. Every device comes with an authenticity scratch code that can be verified on the manufacturer's website.
Why is my vape tank leaking?
Leaking is often caused by incorrect assembly, using the wrong e-liquid viscosity for your coil, or overfilling. Ensure your coil is screwed in tightly and that you are using a high VG juice for sub-ohm tanks.
Do I need to provide ID to purchase from your store?
